How do I fix the static or broken sound on my speakers?
Check volume levels.Make sure that the speakers are connected to your sound card jacks and speaker jacks correctly. Make sure you have selected the correct speaker configuration in the software application (e.g., 2.1, 5.1, etc.).
For wireless speakers:
Make sure all of the cables are connected correctly to the Rocketboost devices.Keep in mind the unobstructed operating range of a Rocketboost network is 150 feet (45 meters). If the devices are further apart than this your audio may have static noise or break up.It is possible other devices like cordless phones, microwaves, wireless routers, etc. may be causing interference. Try turning one device off at a time to determine which device is causing interference. If your cordless phone or wireless router is causing interference, try changing the channel it is using. Please refer to your device's owner manual.
