I've had my Rocketfish Wireless Gaming Headset (RF-GUV1202) for about 8 months now, and up until a few nights ago, it had worked flawlessly. However, the transmitter simply will not pair with the receiver. They both just blink intermittently. I've tried doing the reset button (and it would be nice if the manual told you you had to hold it in for five seconds), the receiver blinks faster for about 30 seconds, and nothing happens. I've checked all of the connections and nothing has changed.
Like the majority of Americans, I kept my receipt long enough to make sure I was happy with what I bought. So please, in the interest of me keeping my sanity, do not give me the standard "Well, that sounds like a real problem, better take it back to Best Buy" I keep seeing everyone get. I don't have the receipt. Please help :-(

I hate to say this, but you need to return to the store. Take it to the geeksquad counter and tell them you need warranty work on the device. They should take care of you without any problems. If there is an issue, feel free to call us 800-620-2790 while you're at the store so we can help you get this taken care of.
