I have a RF-BTR212 connected to my home theater system. I am trying to pair my bluetooth headphones (Jaybird Bluebuds X) to the bluetooth receiver so I can listen to tv sound through my headphones. I have the BTR212 connected to an audio output. I have even tried to connect to the audio out on my cable box with no success. Is there a way to connect the BTR212 so that it will not only pair to the headphones, but output tv sound to the headphones? Both the BTR212 and my headphones will pair properly to my smartphone, so I know both devices are working properly. I unpaired and forgot both devices on my phone just to make sure that there was no current active connection. I am using a Sony smart TV, Bose Lifestyle system (older model), and a Comcast cable box. Any help or suggestions you can provide?

Unfortunately this product is not designed to work this way, it is meant to function as a receiver, not a transmitter. It's intended use is to allow you to play music from a device such as a phone to your home theater system.
