I have my 4 port switch setup with short 3-6 ft HDMI cables for the inputs (which are my FIOS cable and PS3) and a 20 ft HDMI cable for the output to the TV. The FIOS cable TV works fine but the PS3 picture looks fuzzy and flickers every few seconds. Is this a known issue? Is it something I can correct in my PS3 settings? I tried to play with video settings and found that when i changed the video freq of the PS3 to 24 Hz the picture stopped flickering while the PS3 gave me time to accept my changes. It resumed flickering when this time period was over though. However, this points to something in the settings that might be causing my issue. Please provide any suggestions that you think might help my issue. Thanks!

I would suggest that you try swapping the two HDMI cables to verify the are both working properly. I would then also suggest that you try using the other HDMI ports to ensure that the port you are using is not encountering issues. If you believe that the switch is not functioning properly, please take it, along with the receipt, to the place of the purchase to obtain service. The RF-HDMI4 has a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.

I got it to work. I read online that the PS3 deep color mode requires more bandwidth than its worth. I turned this setting off and found that the glitches in the picture went away. Thanks for looking into this issue.
