I am having a problem with the power button on my RF-MAB2. The pause/play button feels fine but the power button no longer springs back when depressed and it is now nearly impossible to power on the headset.
This is my second set that this happened to. This set is less than 2 months old. I only use them for about an hour a day so it isnn't as if they are being abused.
Are others reporting this issue?
Is this a design problem? I know I can exchange/ retun them with my receipt but will the next set have the same issue?
Would I be better off returning them and buying a different model?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your RF-MAB2. However, it does have a 1 one warranty from the date of purchase, so simply take it, along with the receipt, to the place of purchase to obtain service or a replacement.

I had the same problem. The instructions were not written clearly. You DO NOT press the talk button to turn off the headset rather you touch the button for count of 3 and the unit will turn on or off.

I had also the same problem with the power button on my RF-MAB2. The power no longer springs back when depressed and it is impossible to power on the headset. I bought this two years ago, which mean I'm out of warranty. Do you know if I can buy just the power button and repair my self?.
What can I do?

Unfortunately it does sound like you are experiencing a hardware related issue and that is not an available replacement part. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately my last two refurbished pairs of headphones experienced the same problem (my second pair went tonight). It's very very unfortunate because otherwise these headphones are the best piece of hardware I own (next to my beloved iPad). Thye work flawlessly, have a great charge, great sound, etc.
i just can't justify another pair knowing they could go in a few months again.
