I recently purchased a dual USB port car charger. The intent is to use it to charge my TomTom GPS and Iphone 4S. If I have both devices plugged in at the same time, the Iphone will not charge. The Iphone will charge if it’s the only device plugged in, or I plug the GPS in after the phone is charging. If I have both connected and start the vehicle, the Iphone will not charge. Any suggestions?

I believe the model number is 12J07A. The box doesn't label this as the model number but its the only number on box that resembles a model number. If this isn't the correct model number, there is another number on the barcode, which is RF-M657D.
The exact description is Premium Car Charger, Dual USB port for iPod, iPhone, iPad and other mobile devices. 3.1 Amp multi charging.

I am unable to confirm this as the documentation supplied by TomTom does not have the requisite information but I would suspicion a guess that the power draw of this device exceeds the capabilities of the Rocketfish charger. The only info I could find on the factory charger is as follows: "Use your TomTom device only with the supplied DC power cord ...", as such I cannot recommend using the Rocketfish charger for this purpose.
